Let me clarify this. The --dest option was there before, it's in Gutsy
and earlier versions of Ubuntu. It needs to be re-added, therefore it
doesn't need a feature freeze exception.

As pointed by Bastien Nocera in upstream bug, the solution is to patch
bluetooth-sendto as in http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewcvs/rpms/bluez-
gnome/devel/
This adds --dest commandline option to bluetooth-sendto
