Public bug reported: Ubuntu settings (gnome-control-center) includes the "Ubuntu Desktop" section. However, if you click on it, the title bar, as well as the three buttons (close, maximize, and minimize), disappears. If you then click on any other section in the left sidebar, the title bar and the three buttons shows again until you go to the "Ubuntu Desktop" section.
