This is fixed/resolved for me in Lucid 10.04 (of course you need to keep:
$ apt-cache policy udisks
udisks:
Installed: 1.0.1-1build1
Candidate: 1.0.1-1ubuntu1
Version table:
1.0.1-1ubuntu1 0
500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid-updates/main Packages

I have found a solution for my problem. I 've just use my USB on a
computer with Windows, and surprise, there is no more problem on my
Ubuntu.

I encounter a bug of the same kind.
When I introduce my USB key (with the label KEY Thibault), the icon which
appear (on the Desktop, in Nautilus, etc.) is no more the good one. (look at
the screenshot).
I have however another USB key which don't encounter this problem (see the
screenshot

This is a screenshot to show how Places menu looks like BEFORE I insert
a floppy disk in drive and click on Places-Floppy Drive to mount it.
It's in Spanish: Disquete means Floppy Drive.

the floppy disk I previously mounted clicking on Places-Floppy Drive.
Even if I unmount it, it will never go back to Floppy Drive anymore.
