the issue is a transitional one and not a bug, you just need to restart
your session after upgrading

I had rebooted as I upgraded yesterday and I shut down last night
however I hadn't rebooted since I installed todays updates (It ran a
'partial upgrade' when i booted up this morning). I've just tried
rebooting now and sure enough i now have the full database of locations.

I've also noticed the Help button isn't working for on the Clock
Preferences dialog.
