I can confirm this bug. I don't have anything to add to the
description; everything occured exactly the way Tomaz Rzepecki
described. You do have to be playing at quite a rapid clip, though.

well, after some testing i found out that the bug is not hard to reproduce at
all, so it's not quite as uncommon as i have thought, and so i guess it could
be quite annoying for some people.
steps to reproduce:
1. uncover a tile and find out where the mines around it are.
2. flag all but one of
