I try all the parameters,but it is not helpful , still have timeout pb.

The error happens on your DVD drive. Did you check integrity of the media
you're reading ?
Can you connect dvd drive and hard drive on 2 different channels ?

After some more digging it appears that this issue is already known
upstream.
The current workarounds for the TSSTcorp TS-L632D problem are:
- update firmware to SC03 or some version that works (preferred)
- kill hald-addon-storage
- keep a disc in the drive

Regarding lspci output the device is 00:01.0 PCI bridge [0604]: Intel
Corporation Mobile 945GM/PM/GMS, 943/940GML and 945GT Express PCI

Sorry, it's late and I should have checked twice before posting. The
device 01:00 is VGA compatible controller [0300]: nVidia Corporation
G72M.
Nevertheless, can you still try the boot parameters.
