Totem also crashes for me when I resume from sleep mode on my Dell D630.
Activating apport does not catch the error, but running totem in debug
mode from a terminal reports the following after resuming from standby
mode:

I just tried this with compiz disabled and no crash happens, so it looks
like it's compiz related.
