Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut
should be a small usability issue, in the *default* Ubuntu install, that
affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be
addressed as part of this project.

Probably not, given that paper cut doesn't include things involving
you breathing near the system. For example, if you set the panels to
autohide and experience a minor bug, it's not a paper cut because it

A lot of users use ccsm (more than simple-ccsm, I'm sure about this) and they
see the broken visual effect tab as a true usability issue.

It appears to be a bug in compizconfig/deprecation in control-panel,
because doing that adds a preferences button next to the custom radio
button (like in gusty) that goes to a /separate/ settings manager (in
gusty, it would go to compizconfig itself). Therefore, compizconfig
itself needs to
