Probably not, given that paper cut doesn't include things involving you breathing near the system. For example, if you set the panels to autohide and experience a minor bug, it's not a paper cut because it wasn't a pristine system (saw this on some other bug). If setting panel preferences is

I think it is a shame that such a bug is still topical. A lot of users use ccsm (more than simple-ccsm, I'm sure about this) and they see the broken visual effect tab as a true usability issue. What do you think ? Could this bug be one of those famous paper cuts ? ** Also affects:

It appears to be a bug in compizconfig/deprecation in control-panel, because doing that adds a preferences button next to the custom radio button (like in gusty) that goes to a /separate/ settings manager (in gusty, it would go to compizconfig itself). Therefore, compizconfig itself needs to
