Attached is a sample PDF made with publically-available PDF files. It demonstrates the problem. Original PDF was retrieved from http://ascend.cheme.cmu.edu/pdfhelp.htm, then attachement comes from the IPCC website. Attachment performed using pdftk sample-1.pdf attach_files
