The bug is that human-theme is enabling RGBA in the gtkrc, murrine
doesn't enable it by default. So human should remove the option to force
RGBA (transparency)

I also see the same issue for the gnome-system-monitor.
This issue also only appears when the Murrine theme engine is used.
Perhaps there is some RGBA support activated? Temporary workaround is to
just use Human-Clearlook as theme.
