Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm
When I enable automatic the login (in the 'Login window preferences' menu) the GDM background color should change to match the desktop background color. This would help make a more slick boot experience. The default background color in the GDM-login is #DAB082 (I know that it can be changed in the Login window preferences), most desktop background colors are not. I'm reporting this after installing the Ubuntu 8.10 alpha 6 I'm not sure if this related to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/132833 Importance: low //MadsRH madsrh(a)gmail.com ** Affects: gdm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Wrong background color if automatic login is enabled https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/272707 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gdm in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
