Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gvfs
When I puts a cdrom/dvd in my macbook the name of the DVD is shown in nautilus/open file dialogs/etc... When I eject the cdrom the name of the cdrom disappears (all ok until now) Then I put ANOTHER cdrom/dvd in the drive => The name of the first DVD appears instead of the new one. This is until I reboot (or login/logout, didn't test) Another strange effect: When I enter a music cdrom in the drive it is even worse: It is displayed as Audio CD, when I eject and enter another cdrom/dvd which is not an audio cd and then double click on the Audio-CD icon (in "Computer" in nautilus) it says that the cdrom drive is not an Audio CD and could not be mounted. The Audio-CD should be replace by Cdrom-Drive when the drive is ejected. (Cdrom-drive is the initial state when I start the computer with no cd/dvd in the drive). I'm using Intrepid This is already longer than today, and I didn't found a similar bug report, so I wonder if I'm the only one with this problem, or I can't search. ** Affects: gvfs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- cdrom/dvd names are not correct https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/278598 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gvfs in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
