the issue there is that the ramdisk used on the CD doesn't have enough
space to install those updates, that's not a bug

Can you please attach the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ and
/var/log/apt/term.log . You might need root privileges in order to read
these files.
Was there enough space left on your drive when you've
be found.
