Binary package hint: evolution
This week, the Evolution calendar displays time, as well as some
appointments, offset by one hour. A 10 AM (recurring) meeting is shown
as happening at 9 AM, and the red bar that shows current time lags by an
hour.
This coincides with the US having just left Daylight Saving Time. I'm i
Europe/Oslo, an we don't leave DST for a few days yet here.
In other applications, the system time is correct.
