Sound Preference Changes Don't
I am setting the package to gnome-desktop - please correct me if I am
wrong. I can reproduce the problem. After setting the Select Checkbox
and Choose menu item sounds to beeps, I cannot hear beeps on doing
either of these later, after closing the sound preferences dialog.
