So, in few esay steps:
1- new mail (CTRL+N)
2- i clic on To: for access to my adresses book
3- i select a contact and clic on add-; at this step, the contact
disappears from the list at the left hand side and I can't select it
another time

Thanks for the report, it doesn't here, I have a test contact with
multiple email address and i'm able to select the emails from to, cc,
bcc, etc. could you try with intrepid or jaunty? or tell us a few easy
steps in order to be able to reproduce the behavior? thanks in advance.
