This also happens to me while using Breezy. Exactly the same thing. Also
on Fedora Core 4 and 5 (which I'm using atm). The DVDs even show up
correctly after playing a audio cd in the drive. However, when I tried

I have a very similar problem. Breezy overwrites all writable video-DVD
-discs when I try to eject the medium. I can initiate the playback but
then the player freezes and the disc becomes corrupted. The disc name
remains
