exists immediately?

Well, you don't understand me.
Evolution doesn't hang in sense of entering endless loop.
It just waits for remote server.
What I am not happy about is that it waits too much.
(And meanwhile shows grey window, which I can't close)

don't you want to get a stacktrace to show where it's hanging? it's
supposed to not do that since intrepid and that works fine there

It should first ping it, and if not aviable exit, but it instead just waits and
waits.
Also it could hide main window, and continue waiting, but currently user is
left with grey window that he can't close.
