I have a iP4000 as well. Using the latest drivers as of today, 5-15-06 on the
standard dapper channels, and amd64, the printouts experience a color-shifting
problem. They also only take up 1/4 of the page. An image is availible here.

Hello Mathias,
1)I just did an update / upgrade on all packages ( 20060413-16:20 ), the
results are unchanged. I deleted the printer, rebooted ( just to make sure
there are no leftovers ) and created a new one with gnome-cups-manager. The
test printouts for 600DPI as well as 300DPI look garbled
please could you recheck after upgrading to today's version of dapper?
