Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
After a few minutes of chatting in any channel, the nicks in chat, and some of the text starts to become visually corrupted. The nicks are especially affected, losing color when spoken to, (making it impossible to see who is talking to you). Switching to another channel or user and returning to the channel fixes the visual issues -- it seems to redraw it. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open app and begin chatting. 2. observe visual corruption Actual results: Text becomes visually corrupted. Expected results: clear text, no issues. Does this happen every time? It seems to happen every time.
