Can we upgrade the package to a supported version? GNOME doesn't have supported version, even if we update to 3.12 next cycle they are going to tell you there is a newer version and that this version is unsupported Note that we stayed on an old version for the reason that they dropped

Vino has some dependencies with GNOME components, but seems to run fine on XUbuntu when installing out of the box. The only issue is the file /usr/share/applications/vino-preferences.desktop, as described above, which is provided by Vino right? At the other hand, if Vino is not meant to be used
