* debian/patches/09_dont_open_add_account_window.patch:
- don't open the add new account window on first startup, upstream
does that for the new gaim too, fixes the stacking issue with it
Confirmed with dapper betaCD candidate, we are not likely to work on
that since that's a minor issue, probably not trivial to fix and fixed
with gaim2.0beta3 already anyway. Patches are welcome is somebody wants
to contribute on a fix for that cycle though. Marking as Fix Committed
since 2.0beta3
It's actually rather trivial to patch. Here's the commit which added it. Simply
apply this in reverse:

The change in 2.0.0beta3 is to remove it... That is, back out the patch
listed above. We figured it wasn't really necessary, as users could
click the Add button.

Thanks for your bug report. Which version of gaim do you use? I tested with
gaim 2.0.0beta3 and it works nicely for me.

Alternatively, that window shouldn't be shown at all. I had added that
functionality, as I thought it was useful, but it turns out it's not (for this
reason, among others). The user can still click the Add button. The barrage of
windows upon starting Gaim is a bad idea.
