Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon
So, this bug is that when one has a full disk, multiple warning windows are opened. I had a full disk, and while aptitude was cleaning out packages to free space 5 more warning windows opened. This gets in the way of actually cleaning up the space. I suggest that it should only open a window if the prior one has been closed (and presumably disk analysis has been closed too) ProblemType: Bug Architecture: amd64 Date: Wed Jul 8 14:25:54 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 Package: gnome-settings-daemon 2.27.3-0ubuntu2 ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_AU.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-2.16-generic SourcePackage: gnome-settings-daemon Uname: Linux 2.6.31-2-generic x86_64 ** Affects: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug -- full disk warning opens multiple windows https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/396864 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
