Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
Ubuntu's new sound preferences dialogue has four tabs: sound effects, input, output and apps. Apps is used to set the volume of individual apps, and one would expect it to be the one the user would want to reach more often. Yet, it's placed in the last place. I think that, in order to make it more easily discoverable, it should be placed first and appear as soon as the user opens the dialogue.
