This is a problem with the gnome-power-manager application. It requests
a arrow before the widget is actually displayed. This results in (0,0)
as coordinates for the arrow notification.

I guess a reasonable default if it can't point somewhere, woudl be to
loose the little arrow and display it in the top right?
