Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm
The GDM throbber animation shown in 9.10 preview has one too many frames (eg. the first and last frame is repeated) leading to a jerk where the animation appears to step backwards. Ideally the progress animation should be smooth when cycled. Even better, GDM should be returned to its original speed, avoiding the need for an animation throbber. ** Affects: gdm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: Binary package hint: gdm The GDM throbber animation shown in 9.10 preview has one too many frames (eg. the first and last frame is repeated) leading to a jerk where the animation appears to step backwards.
