I found my answer, and it's not a bug, but a legal thing, because the
required codecs are not allowed to be shipped with Ubuntu, from what
I've read.
The bug reporting window popped up when I was trying to play a movie,
and I was trying to help.
I solved the problem by installing:
let's close since that's not a bug
