Sebastien I have loaded g-p-m 2.14.3-Oubuntu6
and also have the following on the system g-session 2.14.1-Oubuntu6 g-panel 2.14.1-Oubuntu10 With the gpm now loaded I now see a hibernate button as well as the 3 buttons along the top (logout switch lock) but still no shutdown button. You mention: gnome-session 2.14.1-0ubuntu7 I cant see this in synaptic manager - will this take a while to be added to the repositories?
