Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gdm
I have rotated my monitor to portrait view, and set the rotation in Display Preferences. This doesn't rotate the login screen, making it difficult to navigate to the password field with the mouse. I know that the login screen is independent of session settings, for the case of multiple users, but perhaps it should remember the last setting, or have a keyboard shortcut for rotation.
