Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-nettool

When I wake the computer up from "Suspend", I have no network access.
Nor am I able to recover access. This happens when I select Suspend
manually or if it happens automatically from Power Settings. The only
thing I can do is to restart the computer and everything works fine once
more. This problem was not there when I used 8.04XXX or 8.1XXX. I have
had to disable the Power Settings do that the computer will not
automatically Suspend itself. I am using Ubuntu version 9.04. I am using
an Ethernet connection to a hub and then to a DSL modem, exactly as I
was using when I ran 8.1XXX as recently as Wednesday last.
