The settings are not revelant on duplicates. Did you try to look for the
other bug in the bug list? Could you give the keywords you used there?
Looking for the duplicate should take less than a minute to you, but if
every bug submitter was relying on triager to do that it's quickly and
hundred
unsetting the security flag too listing users is not a security issue

Yes I tried to find this bug before i reported it. I've tried to find it
since - and still cannot. Maybe I forgot to type in some kind of magic
incantation. Maybe I'm stupid.
sorry if you find the tone arrogant it was rather annoyed by having
received over 1000 bug emails during this weekend, a good deal being
duplicates or users complaining, spending hours looking for duplicate
numbers for other people is annoying after a while

I think this is probably a little different (as the behaviour changed on
upgrade) - but I found the incantation in the linked bug (as posted by
you!) to switch back.
