I just installed JRE (sun-java6-jre) and the last step of the
installation process is to accept the license agreement with Sun
Microsystems. The EULA window comes up but doesn't respond when you try
to click ok to accept the agreement and subsequently the package won't
install properly. How do I
Amazingly, the Update Manager just provided the sun-java6-jre package
that I needed in their list of updates. I installed it this time with
no problems--the license agreement step worked this time. However,
when I tried to open a Java applet it failed. The applet included a

Sorry - I don't know if this is to do with a 'ncurses app' or not. I've
seen similar posts where users are unable to continue with terminal
related work due to the continue 'o.k.' button being inoperable -
perhaps it is a more general problem.
