[Bug 478308] [NEW] Dim when idle won't turn off

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager I am using Ubuntu 9.10 with gnome-power-manager 2.28.1. I have Dim display when idle turned off for both On AC Power and On Battery Power. Expected: When I turn Dim display when idle off the screen should not dim. Actual Result:
