Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I'm a newbie to Ubuntu and evolution. Orig msg done with evolution on
this system. Reply to me was made with Yahoo mail. Reply looked
"normal" when received and line-length changed as window width changed.
However attempt to reply to sender had Yahoo-sourced lines not wrapped
and extending several screens-worth to the right. The breaks match
=A0=A0 in the source and have a blank line, as one sort-of expects. Use
of ctrl-k (with any combination of selection) would not wrap the lines.

It looks to me that evolution message viewer handles A0 as 0A and
message composer does not.

View of source shows lots of =A0 in Yahoo body text - which do not seem to
affect the wrap in the viewing window. All source lines end in =.
