unzip fails to deal correctly with filename encodings

File-roller can't handle danish special characters in file names.
I am only able to reproduce when I open the zipfile through the browser.
When I download to disk, and then open, with Nautilus, it works as
expected. Could indicate a browser problem.
Anyway, the file is ~80mb and Launchpad times out when I try to upload
it. You can download the file from the
