I'm not quite sure that the problem should be reported under 'libgnome'
package.

It's difficult to describe this bug but it is in Ubuntu since 8.04 (even
earlier maybe).

When a falling menu ("falling" menu... for example 'System > Appearance
> Background (sub-menu) >' and the "Colors" or "Style" menu) is clicked,
it is not open at the first try but you have to click it again in order
to be opened.

The issue mostly occurs when the application is loaded for the first
time after system reboot.

I can record my desktop if my description is not quite sufficient.
