Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

This seems to be a regression as I see a bug reported against Ubuntu
7.10 that is similar to this.

Start playing the radio stream at:

http://scds20.iad.llnw.net/citadelcc_WMAL_AM?MSWMExt=.asf

Then, using the Last.fm plugin, start playing your "Personal Radio" by
selecting it then waiting for the song list to file then double clicking
on the first song. The new selection will start playing and the
original stream will continue to play indefinitely.

As an aside, it may be a good idea to "un-depress" the play button when
the user selects a track that is not the current track. Then a single
click on the play button when a different track is selected will start
it playing.
