Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus-cd-burner
By default CD Burner uses the system temporary directory to store the image it is creating to burn onto disc. This is normally /tmp which is a tmpfs filesystem and has a tendency to fill up when you are burning large DVDs. On smaller systems the swap space is unlikely to be big enough to accommodate a DVD image. I would suggest setting 'temp_iso_dir' to /var/tmp by default. The current workaround is to use 'gconf-editor' and alter the variable by hand.
