Thanks for the report, could you attach to the report the output of :
devkit-disks --dump devkit.txt ; plugin the device and run that
command, would be also useful to have the rhythmbox debug log; please
run it as: rhythmbox --debug rhythmbox-debug.txt; reproduce the issue
and attach that
After running Terminal with the instructions you gave, I ran Rhythmbox
with the Creative Zen MP3 player attached. It was not found by
Rhythmbox. Prior to updating Rhythmbox, I was able to see the player
listed on the left hand side and its contents, although i wasn't able to
play any of the items
