Since this patch is awaiting upstream review (well, its an upstream
patch), I'm marking it as patch-forwarded-upstream. Once upstream
accepts, we will work to getting this into ubuntu

I agree with the original reporter in that showing tooltips for Window
List items thats names are not too long to display is both redundant and
confusing and should be reconsidered. This is still an issue in Lucid.
