you already reported that initial account creation defaults to facebook
bug 539248 and it was marked wont fix so I am going to edit this bug
report for only about initial account creation window gives no
indication of successful account creation

Omer, you're correct. Sorry... initially I had included both things in
this bug report, but decided it was probably better to split them into
separate issues. I thought I had removed the Facebook default info from
this one completely, but apparently I failed :)
