I'm duplicate Bug #542445 and I'm pretty sure that Bug #542438 is having
the same issue as us, but since this is my first bug report I'm afraid
to mark it as a duplicate. Bug #542438 seems to have a lot more
attachments for this issue.

I am having the same issue as i have just update Lucid few mins ago.
After the update immediately I tried to access Nautilus from the menu it
gives me error message as follow: Could not open location
'file:///home/X'
