*I have downloaded 4 or 5 upgrades and since then, this computer has been
locking up, and not responding to open up the address bar. Will not allow me
to get to the DeBug site or any site at all except this email site from the
Applications area. HELP.

instructions at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and upload
the backtrace (as an attachment) to the bug report. This will greatly
