Public bug reported: Binary package hint: f-spot
On Lucid AMD64, updated until april 11 2010, when I export a series of photos using Photo -> Export to -> Folder, F-spot freezes the entire desktop environment as soon as I click 'export'. The mouse cursor still works but the system doesn't respond to mouseclicks. Luckily I can still switch to VT1 using CTRL+ALT+F1. When I do a 'killall f-spot' from there, I can switch back to to X and the system is fully usable again. The weird part is that the export has actually succeeded (the files are all there where I told F-spot to put them). Running F-spot 0.6.1.5-2ubuntu5. ** Affects: f-spot (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- crashes when exporting photo's to folder https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/561743 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to f-spot in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
