Public bug reported:

When play video in Totem, and use effects like Expose and Scale, video gets
delayed or it blinks, and video performance is not the usual, i mean slow
framerates, blinks, delays...
On SMplayer video didn't delay or blink but the performance still's low on it,
i dont know if it is gstraemer bug, compiz bug, nvidia driver bug, or What, but
it is an annoying bug.
And i need to say, its a new bug in Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 this doesn't hapen.

This only hapen on my CLEAN Ubuntu 10.04 RC installation.
Sorry for my bad english... Thanks
