After I upgraded to 10.4 from 9.10 this began occurring on each login. I
have always chosen Don't Delete. I've attached a copy of my .xsession-
error file, which shows the error text after notice of the startup of
gtk-window-decorator.

I upgraded to 10.4 today. During the upgrade, it repeatedly reported
that deskbar-applet crashed and created a deskbar-applet-bugreport.txt
file. Whether I created the file or hit cancel, it popped up again.
After four or five times, I just left the Bug Report tool open for the
