Binary package hint: evince

There were some similar bugs, but none that specifically dealt with this
issue, on a fully updated Lucid as of 2010-06-02 (June 2, 2010).

When printing PDFs from evince, the top and bottom print margins are
incorrect.  The top one is shortened, and the bottom one is lengthened.
As a result, the page is "shifted" upwards, sometimes cutting off the
top page number.  Acrobat Reader prints the pages correcting from the
same pdf.  This occurs on all PDFs I have tried.
