Binary package hint: gnome-media

If you want to disable startup sounds, you currently have to go to
System->Preferences->Startup Applications.  This is a very strange place
for it to be.

If you want to change the startup or login sound, this is even harder to
do.

The logical place for this kind of configuration to be is in
System->Preferences->Sound.  The dialog will need a bit of a redesign,
although it currently has a good chunk of empty space so it may not be
too difficult.
