Public bug reported:
Recently I installed KDE and kpowersave on my laptop which pulled
powersave into my system. As comments in #45661 (powersave) state, the
ubuntu acpi scripts called by pmi are more stable than powersave, which
is still universe for that reason.
Change request: prefer pmi over powersave in /usr/share/hal/scripts/hal-
system-power-{suspend,hibernate}
