Its true Facebook doesn't work anymore with Empathy. Facebook made some
changes to their system that renders empathy useless. Temporary fix is
available.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Maverick.
open Empathy.
Add Facebook account, enter user name and password.
Facebook chat will not work and the red bar will appear with the message
Network Error.
